A person asking for money for whatever reason or a person taking money fraudulently.... you may or may have not met yet.

They are normally african's from ghana or nigeria, i spot them easily , if they dont have a pic, a cam or a proper written profile , you can guarantee its a scammer , and they ask you if you have a yahoo account , because once you give them that they have an e/mail address automatically ,and lots make out they are in america or the u.k but thats easy to sus out just ask them for a post or phone code of were there saying they are , and they will avoid the question, on suspecting its a scammer i imediatly write there naen in frony of this message ,...official site - International Criminal Police Organization - ICPO - Rapid access to official, controlled information. Wow thats pretty cool way to scare away scammers. These people mostly yes from Ghana or Nigeria have a pattern on how they scam people here online. But yes its so easy to catch them up. tracing down their IP address is one way too and with the latest technology in tracking online identities... you can easily spot them.
